From humble beginnings to a team of dedicated advisors, we're here to illuminate your journey every step of the way.
In 2020, I left my corporate career to stay at home with my two daughters. Time felt like it was slipping away too quickly, and I wanted to cherish those moments with them. But those that know me, know I can’t sit still for long—I thrive when I'm busy! So, I decided to start a travel agency, initially as a hobby.
Starting a business in the middle of a global pandemic turned out to be one of my greatest challenges. From canceled trips and ever-changing entry requirements to countries closing borders and endless hold times, I faced it all. These hurdles taught me resilience, adaptability, and an invaluable depth of industry knowledge.
While many advisors left the industry during that time, it was the perfect opportunity for Nova—meaning ‘bright new star’—to shine. What started as a small venture has grown beyond my wildest dreams. Today, with 10 incredible advisors and over 1,000 clients served, this business, once a hobby, has become one of my proudest achievements.

What is the process of working with Nova?A Nova Advisor will help you along with every step of your journey. To get the process started, click on the "Plan Your Trip" button on the top menu bar and submit some basic info about you and your trip. From there, a Nova Advisor will follow up with you within 1-2 business days.

How much does it cost to work with a Nova Advisor?The majority of the time there is no additional cost to work with a Nova Advisor. We get paid by the hotels, resorts, rental car and tour companies. When you book directly, they have travel agent commissions built into their published rates. So you are paying for an advisor whether you use one or not! There are situations where there will be an advisor fee or air ticketing fee, but the advisors will notify you ahead of time.

What happens if I need to change or cancel my trip?Your Nova Advisor will assist with any changes or cancellations, including rebooking flights or accommodations and navigating refund policies. They can provide support and alternative options in case of emergencies.
